How do I make a cleaning appointment?

What is the next step after I book an appointment?
Upon booking, an email or text confirmation will be sent to you, detailing the services reserved and the scheduled appointment time. Kindly review the email or text to ensure the accuracy of all provided information.
Do I need a deep clean?
For new clients or those who haven’t had a professional cleaning in recent months, we strongly advise considering our Deep Clean option. Additional details regarding our Deep Clean can be accessed on our Services page.
Do you welcome pets, and are the cleaning products your teams use non-toxic or organic?
Absolutely! We share your affection for animals. Our teams are well-versed in caring for dogs, cats, and other pets. Additionally, we exclusively use eco-friendly, non-toxic products to ensure your pets’ safety on all cleaned surfaces. If this aligns with your preferences, kindly request an eco-friendly cleaning session.
Is my presence required during the cleaning session?
No, not at all! The decision is entirely up to you. If you’d rather not be present, you can simply leave a key, and we’ll handle all the details seamlessly on your behalf.
Is there a Guarantee provided?
Rest assured, we take pride in our service. Should you not be fully satisfied for any reason, kindly reach out within 48 hours, and we’ll assess the situation promptly. Your satisfaction is paramount, and we’re committed to meeting your expectations. If a return visit is deemed necessary, please provide us with a minimum of 72 hours’ notice for the arrangement.

What's the usual duration of a cleaning service?
The time required varies based on your home’s current condition. For a rough estimate, consider the number of bedrooms in your residence; this typically corresponds to the hours needed. For instance, if you have 2 bedrooms, the cleaning might take around 2 hours.
When can I expect the payment to be processed?
Upon booking through our online platform or over the phone, we collect your credit card details to secure the reservation. Alternatively, you can choose to settle the payment using methods like Venmo or Zelle after the cleaning. However, rest assured that your card will not be charged until we have successfully completed the cleaning service. In the case of recurring services, payments will be automatically processed following the completion of each cleaning session.
Is hourly service available?
There are cases where hourly service can be considered. However, please note that for hourly bookings, a minimum of 4 hours is required. Typically, this option is more suitable for expansive homes, residences necessitating cleaning of specific rooms, or homes with considerable clutter or dirt. It’s important to understand that our hourly service does not come with a re-cleaning guarantee, meaning we won’t be able to return for additional cleaning if you opt for this service.
I've never had a cleaning before, does that cost extra?
Our goal is to maintain consistent flat-rate pricing for all homes. However, if a residence is exceptionally dirty or larger than the average size for its designated number of bedrooms and bathrooms, there might be supplementary charges beyond the flat-rate fee.
What's your policy for cancellations?
We operate without contracts for your convenience. However, if you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly request a 48-hour notice. A cancellation or rescheduling made within 48 hours incurs a fee of $70. If the cancellation occurs within 3 hours of the appointment, it will be 50% of the cleaning cost. In cases of cancellation with the cleaner present or in the event of being locked out, the full cleaning price will be charged.
